Any physical products are subject to exchange or store credit only and assessed on a case-by-case basis (thus led by my Father on a case-by-case basis). Allow 2-10 business days for any situation to get resolved properly.
Physical products such as apparel may receive a refund if processed within 7 business days of purchase date. Any days past that will incur an exchange or store credit.
Personalized items are subject for review before an exchange or store credit can be applied.

Belief System
As a Spirit-led business, we operate with a unique approach to processing, servicing, and handling the work we do, as well as the people we choose to partner with.

This intentional process allows us to serve you in a way that is both excellent and righteous to the best of our human ability, using the gifts and assignments God has placed on my life for this purpose.
While our standard returns and exchange policies remain in place, there may be times when I will need to pause and seek God—through prayer, fasting, and meditation—concerning your particular request. This is to ensure that the service or decision I provide is in full alignment with the will of my Father in Heaven.
This process begins as soon as your request, application, or form is received. Each situation is carefully reviewed on a case-by-case basis. As the business owner, I will take these matters before God to receive direction—not only to help you in your business or personal life—but also to ensure that every action taken aligns with my ultimate mission: to fulfill God’s will and spread His gospel.

Sabbath Day Observance
In reverence to God’s commandment to “remember the Sabbath day and keep it holy” (Exodus 20:8-10), our business is closed every Saturday. This is a dedicated time for rest, worship, and spiritual renewal, in obedience to the Word of God.
Therefore:

All inquiries, appointment requests, orders, applications, or form submissions made on Saturdays will be prayerfully reviewed and processed beginning the next business day (typically Monday).
